  • How do I book your services?
    Just call or email us to ensure your requested date is available. We'll collect some basic info from you to generate a party agreement and then email it over to you. Just review, sign it, send it back along with your deposit and you'll be good to go! Please note: a party or event is not considered confirmed until BOTH a signed party agreement is signed & returned to our administrative staff and your deposit is received. * Please note: This ONLY applies to small, private birthday parties. Payment due in full to confirm bookings for ALL community, corporate, fairs, festivals, school & large-scale events. No Exceptions!
  • Why do you require a deposit?
    Deposits benefit all parties involved. Your deposit guarantees you an entertainer and service for your event. It also protects us from a complete loss, in the event you cancel your event last minute after we've turned down other potential bookings for that slot. * Please note: This ONLY applies to small, private birthday parties. Payment due in full to confirm bookings for ALL community, corporate, fairs, festivals, school & large-scale events. No Exceptions!
  • When is my balance due?
    Your balance is due the day of your event at the conclusion of services rendered. Your final payment is preferred in cash. However, we can also accept payments via Square payable by any debit or major credit card. If final payment is made via card, be advised a processing fee of $9.95 will be added to the total due. We do schedule events back to back so we kindly ask that you have your payment readily available for the entertainer so they are not waiting around for payment. Also, if you are paying in cash, please have the exact amount available as the entertainers don't carry change. * This is only applicable to "entertainment" services. Balloon decor services must be paid in full prior to your event.
  • Do you charge a gratuity?
    While gratuity is not mandatory it is appreciated for a job well done. Should you so desire, we kindly ask that you tip your entertainer to your level of satisfaction of services rendered.
  • Do you charge travel fees?
    For cities and towns within a 15 mile radius of 02302, there is no travel charge. However, for events outside of our complimentary travel zone, there is a travel fee of $1.75 per mile (one way) to your location. If any, travel fees will be due at the time of booking/deposit.
